We've worked with this storage facility in the past, and the folks were very helpful. I called in for some information this time around, and got transferred to a call center. Ordinarily, that would be frustrating, but George was INCREDIBLE. He answered all of my questions, explained how some of the processes worked, and even extended a hold on one of the units for me so that we could take a look at it first hand. George, thank you for all of your assistance! You are a rock star! I look forward to working with this business again!

Way overpriced. Raised the rent multiple times while we rented. Had a flood in our unit that was their fault and they nor their insurance did a thing to help. Even denied the claim and raised the rent again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
